Age Friendly Island is delighted to coordinate the Celebrating Age Festival with numerous generous partners committed to celebrating older island residents and bringing our communities together.

There will be a number of events taking place across the Island at the beginning of October.

Description: Wild About East Wight…Exploring Quarr Abbey Join Vectis Housing’s Wild About Wight project on a trip to explore the built and natural heritage of Quarr Abbey and it’s stunning grounds. A wonderful opportunity to learn more about the life of the monastery, tour the Abbey, heritage centre and grounds and still have time for tea!
