Embankment Beach as it is also known at Bembridge sits at the entrance to Bembridge harbour, looking out to sea and across to Prioy Bay, St Helen’s Duver and the pretty house boats that sit on the opposite opposite bank of the harbour.

This is a very quite beach, but there is ample parking and a small cafe close by.  The beach is noted for it’s lovely golden sand and fabulous views.  There is always something happening in the harbour or on the Solent.

From this point you can either walk past the house boats heading north or along the coast line towards Bembridge Lifeboat Station.
