This lovely three bedroom cottage is in a quiet location and enjoys sea views from the lounge, front bedroom & balcony. It is a two minute walk down steps to the sea wall at Wheelers Bay. A decked roof terrace provides superb views across Wheelers Bay and over the Downs behind Ventnor, and is an ideal place to relax . For colder months there is a wood burning stove in the living room.

The Victorian seaside town of is one of the sunniest spots on the island. There is a Blue Flag beach and a small harbour, where locally caught fresh seafood can be purchased. The shops include a small supermarket, butchers, bakers & delicatessen. The town has a wide selection of cafes, pubs and restaurants serving good food, some of which have excellent live music. All of this is within five minutes walk of the cottage.

A longer walk on the coastal path takes you to Steephill Cove and the Botanical Gardens. In the other direction an easy stroll east along the sea wall takes you to the pretty village of Bonchurch, where Charles Dickens wrote part of David Copperfield.
