The building stands above lush woodland grounds and is situated in a quiet yet convenient position on the outskirts of Shanklin. Although a 2 bedroom apartment, only the main (king sized) bedroom is for use by guests, making it ideally suited for couples, but providing the scale of a larger accommodation. The apartment has been finished and furnished to a high standard and provides comfortable accommodation. It has been beautifully equipped for couples to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing break together. The balcony provides spectacular sea views and is ideal for relaxing in the evening with a glass of wine whilst soaking up the relaxing and peaceful situation. This property also has wireless broadband internet access. The apartment is ideally situated for those wishing to explore the miles of coastal and country footpaths that surround the property. Wonderful scenery can be enjoyed along these nearby walks. Alternatively, you may want to simply enjoy the communal grounds. The popular resort of Shanklin is within walking distance and provides a variety of shops, supermarket, banks etc. To the south of the High Street and towards The Priory lies the picturesque thatched Old Village with its pubs, tearooms and gift shops. There is a varied selection of eating places in the village. You will often find live entertainment from local singers & musicians in the Village pubs. Near to the Old Village are Shanklin Chine, a naturally wooded gorge, and Rylstone Gardens, a relaxing park with crazy golf and tea gardens in a flower-filled setting. The long safe sandy beach is on a lower level. One can walk, use the lift or drive down to the seafront. Coastal paths make for scenic walking to neighbouring Sandown or to the pretty village of Bonchurch through the winding paths of the landslip, in the other direction. The Island has many other attractions with a variety of beaches, cycleways, footpaths, leisure centres and golf courses. Entertainment and eating places are varied.
