Mulberry Cottage is definitely one of those special properties, being in the middle of old Cowes, with off road park, beautiful gardens, stunning Solent and Medina views and only a 3 Minute’s walk from the Red Jet Terminal, With direct trains from London to Southampton Central.
The cottage is set over four floors, you enter into the ground floor with a perfect area for your coats and shoes, the spacious family bathroom will be found on your right, with bath and separate shower. To your left is the thoughtfully equipped kitchen with a dining area for 4, there are two extra chairs in the hall cupboard if required. The sitting/dining area for 6, is four steps down into the lower ground floor area, with a double patio-doors and a side door out onto the patio garden area, with its superb views across Cowes Old Town and the Solent.
From the kitchen take the six narrow steps up to the first floor, with a twin bedroom with Freeview TV and stunning views out across the Solent, and a separate WC and basin.
Continue up the main narrow staircase to the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. One is a double bedroom with those amazing views and an adult bunk room.
Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs and charcoal bbq. You can use the lawned area in front of your patio area as well. In the summer-house, you will find outside children’s toys for your use.
Bikes can be safely stored in the summerhouse as well.

The bustling port town of Cowes is situated by the mouth of the river Medina, and is divided into two distinct towns, linked by the regular floating bridge chain ferry. Both communities have much to offer visitors, with West Cowes known as a world-famous yachting centre, with superb water sports facilities, as well as a wealth of excellent restaurants, inns, and plenty of interesting boutique shops. East Cowes is best known for Osborne House, Queen Victoria’s Italian style country retreat – a tour of the sumptuous royal apartments and magnificent gardens is a must. Cowes is an ideal base for exploring the rest of the island, such as sandy beaches, lovely walking country, picturesque chines and many family attractions.
Accommodation is set over four floors:

Bunk Room: Adult bunk beds.
