Seaview is an extremely pretty village located on the north east coast of the Isle of Wight.  The village has been popular with tourists for many years, with some families having holiday homes there for generations. Self catering is popular in the village as it allows people to get involved with the sailing fraternity, the focus of which is the Seaview Yacht Club, which is located at the bottom end of the High Street looking out to sea.  The club is associated with two types of dinghies, The Mermaid and the clinker built Seaview One. The village has good beaches which are a mixture os sand and rock and there are also delightful bays close by such as Priory Bay and Seagrove Bay. There are several excellent pubs and eateries, which attract people from all across the Island – once tried, never forgotten.
