Our friendly family run non-smoking fully self-contained holiday apartments are situated in the ever popular sunny seaside resort of Sandown Isle of Wight. Whether this is a well earned holiday or you are visiting one of the many events or festivals that take place all year round on the Isle of Wight, you can be assured you will feel at home here at these wonderful self-catering apartments.
This elegant detached Victorian property is set within its own grounds, with ample parking for our guests. These spacious and thoroughly clean apartments offer comfort combined with all the modern touches to ensure you have a most enjoyable stay. There is a guest garden for you to enjoy with patio tables and chairs, as well as a useful drying area.
Over recent years Barry & Louise have personally been involved with substantially upgrading each apartment and are committed to keeping the wonderful Victorian architecture.
Parterre Holiday Apartments are open all year offering short breaks from October through to mid-May.

The Parterre is a NON-SMOKING establishment, consisting of 6 self-contained units, safely situated within the main house, each with its own entrance from the elegant Victorian staircase. Apartment 5 being on a higher level does enjoy a lovely sea view towards the Bay and Culver Down. The apartments are very clean, comfortable and tastefully furnished to a high standard with attention to detail you would expect. All apartments are equipped with full kitchens, welcome packs, TV’s all with Freeview, clock radios, hair-dryers and heating for all year round comfort.

All the apartments are fully equipped including complimentary welcome packs, colour TVs and modern fitted kitchens with full-size cookers, fridge freezers, microwave ovens, irons (steam) and ironing boards & hair dryers. There is a 24 hour return laundry service.
There is ample heating available in all rooms and all the apartments are fully self-contained with their own private bathrooms/shower rooms.
All prices include linen. Towels may be hired. All beds will be made with freshly laundered cotton sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers.
The apartments are all electric and have pre-payment meters (£1 coins).
Bookings are accepted any day to any day and short breaks of up to 3 nights are available at 60%, 4 nights at 80% or 5 nights at 90% of the weekly rate except mid-May until the end of September when only Saturday-to-Saturday or Sunday-to- Sunday bookings are accepted. Children welcome (minimum age 3 years).
Pets are accepted by arrangement out of high season – a supplement will apply.
